As of November 20, 2018, companies based in Congo with a turnover of more than 500 million CFA francs will be required to file simplified
documentation on transfer prices describing the pricing policy practiced between these companies and the group.
Please note, this obligation only concerns the 2017 financial year, before this period, any request from the tax authorities must be contested.
